Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services for the remodeling of the former Blooming Grove Fire Department into a space that will serve the personnel and storage needs of the Library Service and Emergency Management. Work includes the interior renovation of the 3,750 SF office portion of the building with minor alterations to the garage and exterior. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids.A pre-bid facility tour will be held Thursday April 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at 1880 South Stoughton Road.
