Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services for the renovation of approximately 8,000 S.F. of Fen Oak Second Floor and modifications to a First Floor Conference Room.  The area of renovation will provide office space for the Dane County Land & Water Resources Department and the United States Department of Agriculture Dane County Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service.
