Dane County is inviting Bids for removal of existing asphaltic shingle roofing, installation of vapor barrier and rigid insulation, and installation of new asphaltic shingle roofing.  In addition, install batt insulation in ceiling cavities below roof.  Alternate Bid 1 involves installation of metal ceiling panels.
