Dane County is inviting Proposals for design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and start-up of a multi-farm manure digester system to digest manure, generate electricity, and remove phosphorous from the watershed. Proposals shall include the operation and maintenance of the system for the first five years after system startup. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should request this packet & submit Proposals.
