Dane County is soliciting bids for construction services.  Project consists of the full renovation of an existing facility, an addition of a garage, and site work.

A pre-bid facility tour will be held on February 18, 2021 at the project site, 125 Veterans Road, Stoughton, WI 53589.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this tour.  See RFB for mandatory disease transmission prevention practices.

02/04/2021 - Addendum 01 is posted, revising sheets for Civil and Landscape.  See Addendum for specifics. 

03/05/2021 - Questions or RFI's not received prior to Monday, 03/08/2021 will not be considered for response via addendum.  Addendum 02 is expected to be published on Tuesday, 03/09/2021 to include responses to all inquiries received, Pre-Bid Facility Tour sign in sheet, and misc. corrections in the Construction Documents.  

03/09/2021 - Addendum 02 is posted.  **SPECIAL NOTE** Due to heightened building security and current public health situation, the building in which Dane County Public Works is located is currently closed to the public.  A drop box for submitting bids will be located at the exterior of the building near the front doors of the facility on 3/16, the bid due date.  If a bidder intends to submit a bid prior to 3/16, please contact Public Works Project Manager, Steve Richards at 608-516-8367 to arrange the drop off.
