Dane County is inviting Proposals for professional consulting services for building commissioning.  This project will substantially remodel the existing bldg & add a new ten-story bldg adjacent & attached to it.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Proposals document & submit Proposals.
