Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services consisting of repairs or replacement of cast-in-place concrete slab & beam at the Capitol Square South Parking Ramp.  Restoration & repair services consist of concrete removal and replacement at the underside of concrete slabs & beams for the east section of the center bay of Level 7 and replacement of previously knocked down concrete at the underside of concrete slabs on express ramps on the west section of the south bay of Levels 4 & 5.  Additional construction services (Alternate Bids) include: knockdown of delaminated concrete at the underside of the north bay of Level 7; & concrete removal and replacement at the underside of the north bay of Level 6, in select areas.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids.
