The former Messner Inc. buildingon East Washington Ave. has been purchased by Dane County to be turned into aday resource center for the homeless. Renovation of the building is necessaryto meet the needs of the planned homeless day center. The selected firm will providearchitectural programming, design, bidding services, and constructionadministration, as well as represent the County during the approval processwith the City of Madison.
