REBID.  Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services.  An existing 16-bed neighborhood shall be subdivided to optionally allow operation as two 8-bed households.  This will involve modification of doors, hardware & associated sophisticated electronic controls.  This work may be replicated in a second building.  New outdoor patios may also be included along with other minor changes.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids.
