Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services for the renovation of approximately 1,285 S.F. of the third floor Child Support Agency in the City-County Building. Only firms with capabilities, experience and expertise with similar projects should obtain this packet and submit Bids.

A facility tour for Bidders will be held Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the City-County Building, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.,Madison, Wisconsin, starting in Room 354.  Bidders are strongly encourage to attend this optional tour in order to bid on the Work.
