Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services for the new Alliant Energy Center Pavilions to include demolition of 12 barn structures, site development, and construction of two Pavilion buildings. The entire project from demolition to substantial completion must occur between October 6, 2013 and April 1, 2014 to allow the World Dairy Expo and the Midwest Horse Fair to hold and prepare for their respective events.  Firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should request this packet & submit Bids.
